About This Show

Times Square Playwrights presents Beware of Greeks – They Know Things!, three one-act comedies written and directed by Norman Weinstein. The one-acts are:

“Be Reasonable – Agree!”
Hospitable Procrustes insists that each guest fit the bed assigned to him or her. If that guest doesn’t… well, it’s not good. But then politically inclined Prince Theseus, girlfriend in tow, shows up.

“Homer Should Only Know”
Remember The Trojan War, fought over that cutey with the “face that launched a thousand ships”? Clytemnestra decides to involve her kid sister in her plan to finish off Troy. All really déjà vu.

“With Gods Like These…”
Two young lovers are sneaking about when suddenly Gods show up to demand their allegiance. It scares the hell out of them, at least temporarily.
