About This Show

Johnny Belle Productions presents the New York premiere of Catherine Trieschmann?s Before the Fire, a drama of guilt and intrigue exploring the lasting impact our everyday decisions have on the lives of others. Set in 1666 London during the days leading up to that city?s historical Great Fire, the play examines the evolution of the relationships between a street urchin, a prostitute, a lady, a gypsy and a Puritan who have been imprisoned for acts of treason against the crown.
