Arguably Shakespeare’s most accomplished comedy, As You Like It infuses story elements of banishment, homelessness, mistaken identity, gender-bending, attacks by wild animals, and even a little heavyweight wrestling into this delightful pastoral romp. This production by the Chashama and Liars’ Club won a FringeNYC Overall Excellence Award for director/designer Erica Schmidt. The cast of six includes Obie Award-winning actress Angela Goethals.
