About This Show

Angela’s Justice is set in a fictitious place in1970. It is an adaption of Sophocles’ Antigone and an homage to Angela Davis, wherein Angela is determined, by any means necessary, to get her brother properly buried. The piece takes a play that was written over 2000 years ago and melds it into a modern culture by melding the spirit of Antigone and Angela.
