On speeding subway car deep beneath the city, six strangers explore the ups and downs of trying to be somebody in New York. Coincidentally, they all have relative pitch.
Vocal group Bob Ross Juice Box presents Along the Way, an original a cappella musical about life, love and the MTA as part of the 2003 New York International Fringe Festival. The performers burn through a slew of topics, employing every musical genre they can get their hands on: obsessing over your ex to a jazzy latin groove, a reggae jam about the trials of temping, and an epic musical theatre suite that finally solves the riddle of what people are really thinking on the N train. The show is written by Kristen Anderson, Greg Christopher, James-Allen Ford, Russ Kaplan, Sara Levine, and Karla Momberger and is directed by Shawn Churchman.
