Thirty years after The Remains disbanded, a renowned audition tape was finally made available to the public and it generated widespread acclaim.
The Remains appeared on Ed Sullivan, were the opening act for the Beatles’ final concert tour, and then broke up on the brink of stardom. All Good Things captures the story of The Remains. It is, in part, about a special period of time–“the British Invasion” and the dramatic changes in popular music during the mid-’60s. It offers a close-up, inside look at the creative and business experiences of a unique band attempting to incorporate these new influences while making its own distinctive mark on the rock music scene. At the same time, this is the timeless story of a group of young men pursuing their passion and following their dreams.
This performance is presented as part of the New York International Fringe Festival.
