About This Show

Performance Lab 115, the 2005 FringeNYC Award Winners for Overall Excellence, unite with lauded director Alice Reagan and playwright Julia Jarcho, member of Obie-Award winning playwright collective 13P, to present a radical re-interpretation of Jane Austen’s Mansfield Park. Splicing together the DNA of Jane Austen with the Marquis de Sade, A Small Hole pushes the boundaries of PL115’s distinctive collaborative aesthetic. Watch them in a roller coaster of theatrical experimentation that cuts more than a small hole into 19th century social comedy. A Small Hole is presented as part of the 10th annual New York International Fringe Festival.
