Instead of taking the family and grandkids on another trip to Bermuda, Katherine and Margaret two aging American beauties, decide to journey together to India with the hope of finding a sense of their own spirituality. However, once they arrive in this foreign land filled with poverty, death and oddball characters, the spirit world seems to be very much out-of-reach. As their experiences in India unravel in hotels rooms, train compartments and city streets, we find out many dark secrets about Katherine and Margaret — and that perhaps this journey they’ve taken to discover India will help them find the solace they are seeking.
