15 Seconds of Silence

15 Seconds of Silence, written and directed by Jen Wineman, chronicles a mother’s descent into madness, where in an unimaginable act of desperation, she murders her five young children. The script jumps between her interrogation by the police and the surreal weeks leading up to her unspeakable crime. Everyone is guilty and no one is guilty in this new piece that examines what can happen when one person is failed by the very society that has been engineered to protect her.

Appropriate for audiences 15 and up.
