About the Show
The Gentleman Dancing-Master revels in women who outpace men in wit and spunk, and children who outmaneuver their elders. The prime targets of Wycherley’s satire are Don Diego, who insists on emulating the strict code of the Spanish court, and his nephew Monsieur de Paris, just as committed to the fripperies of the French.
