Final Two Weeks!

The doors to the beautiful Perry Street Theatre will re-open after nine year as Martin Platt, David Elliott and Rosalie Beer in association with Robert Friedman Presents present the acclaimed production of Shylock, written by and starring Gareth Armstrong, directed by Frank Barrie with original music by Simon Slater.

From the view point of Tubal, Shylock’s best and only friend in The Merchant of Venice, Armstrong’s Shylock reflects the love and understanding of Shakespeare’s genius by skillfully weaving excerpts of the play with the perpetual legacy of anti-Semitism.
