About This Show

The York Theatre Company presents Rex, Richard Rodgers and Sheldon Harnick’s sole musical collaboration, as part of its Musicals in Mufti series. The show tells the story of King Henry VII, Queen Anne Bolyn, and their daughter Elizabeth with vigor, wit, and an outpouring of classic melody revised by the original author Sherman Yellen and lyricist Sheldon Harnick, especially for the York.
Running Time: 2 hours, 30 minutes
(15 minute intermission)
May be inappropriate for children 6 and under. Children 4 and under are not permitted in the theater.
