About This Show

Playwright Glen Merzer’s new comedy Anonymous explores the life of Harris Harbison, a struggling novelist, whose monastic way of life is abruptly changed when his college friend drags him unwillingly into a “real” job in advertising. To further complicate matters, his friend also sets him up with a neurotic nutritionist, who introduces him to a Mafioso big wig with literary aspirations and a potassium deficiency. After the chain of events leads to life crashing down around him, he is left to pick up the pieces.
