MCC Theater presents its 2004 Spring Gala Benefit performance of Miscast, a star-studded musical revue featuring some of Broadway’s biggest names singing show tunes from roles they would never, ever perform. Directed by Scott Wittman, the show will feature Kristin Chenoweth, La Chanze, Michael McKean, Denis O’Hare, Annette O’Toole, Christine Pedi, Jai Rodriguez, and Daphne Rubin-Vega.
The evening begins at 6:30 pm with cocktails; 7:30 pm welcome, dinner and awards presentation; followed by dessert and 9:00 pm performance of Miscast.
Portions of the proceeds from MCC Theater’s 2004 Spring Gala will help fund its Playwright’s Coalition for new and emerging writers; and its Education & Community Outreach program, which brings theater to nearly 1,000 NYC high school students each year.
