On December 22nd, the hottest new talents on Broadway will sing the music of rising composer Lance Horne, benefiting The Actors Fund’s Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative. Featuring the talents of Kathy Brier (Hairspray, One Life To Live), Kim Cea (Newsical, Smokey Joe’s), Donna Lynne Champlin (Hollywood Arms, Harold and Maude), Julie Danao (Karaoke Show, Rent), Susan Derry (Wonderful Town), Natascia Diaz (Man of La Mancha, Sweet Charity), Celia Keenan-Bolger (Little Fish), Christiane Noll (Jekyll & Hyde), Alice Ripley
(Side Show, Rocky Horror), and more.

Juilliard graduate Lance Horne (Opening Number, Gypsy of the Year 2004; Vocal Arranger, Little Woman; Score, Flight) will be at the keys, teamed up with the new wave of Broadway’s Leading Ladies. Featuring lyrics by Horne, Kate Rigg, Mark Campbell, Lorin Latarro, Josh Rhodes, and David Zippel. The evening will include ravishing pieces full of subtle surprises, humor and sentiment expertly chosen for this fantastic ensemble of beauties — all to benefit an initiative specially designed to communicate vital, life-saving information to members of the entertainment community.

The Actor’s Fund’s Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative addresses health issues that impact women in the entertainment industry and highlights The Actor’s Fund’s health-related services for women. The concept for the program was the inspiration of actor/director and Fund Trustee, Phyllis Newman, a breast cancer survivor, who provides leadership, energy and guidance.
