Soho Playhouse’s historic Huron Club opens Thursday and Friday evenings presenting stand-up comedy & cabaret. This weekly show will feature established acts and up-and-coming performers with appearances on Late Night Comedy, Netflix, Comedy Central, and comedy festivals across the world.

In the creative and unpredictable mold of NYC’s edgy off-Broadway theater scene, Alex Simmons hosts with old New York charm and a healthy influence from vaudeville and his own awkward and nerdy interests. From his first appearance on The Late Show as a precocious 7-year-old to NYC’s theaters and comedy clubs, Alex has been making New Yorkers laugh all his life and brings his experience in theater and cabaret together for an evening of amusement and diversion.
