Courtenay Day

Courtenay Day is more Ira than anyone else…Gershwin that is. In this show, Day illuminates the lyrics of the popular standards of Ira Gershwin, the contemporary classics of Joni Mitchell, and the new music of Michael Holland and Steven Lutvak. The show is directed by Lutvak — a popular New York songwriter and friend of Day’s — with musical direction and accompaniment by Christopher Marlowe. Joining Day and Marlowe on stage will be Peter Sanders on cello.
