About the Show
BalletCollective, based in New York City was founded in 2010 as Satellite Ballet by choreographer Troy Schumacher of the New York City Ballet and architect Kevin Draper. BalletCollective has created three ballets and two song cycles in 2011 and 2012, as well as a Fridays at Noon lecture at the 92nd St Y. Each work reflects the company’s commitment to collaboration with a diversified group of artists.
