Solid Brass

Solid Brass, one of the country’s premier brass ensembles, appear with an eclectic program featuring selections from Medieval times through the twentieth century. There are special renditions of Medieval ceremonial music, Renaissance dance arrangements, the folk music of Ralph Vaughan Williams, ragtime and big band tunes along with songs by John Philip Sousa, Georg Frideric Handel, George and Ira Gershwin and others.
