Chuck Cooper stars in Robeson, Phillip Hayes Dean’s saga of Princeton-born Paul Robeson. Robeson was a Rutgers University scholar and athlete, a Columbia University-trained attorney, a world-renowned singer and actor, and, most importantly, a human rights activist.
