Morristown’s own Rio Clemente celebrates his 88th birthday with the Morris Museum while performing his own compositions from throughout his illustrious career. Joined by band members Flip Peters (guitar), Gene Perla (bass), Gordon Lane (drums), Bill Ash (trumpet/trombone), Peter Lin (trombone / arranger), Marty Eigen (woodwinds), Regan Rysak (arranger) and Laurie Vega & Stephen Fuller (vocals), this is sure to be a memorable evening!
Rio earned his place as the reigning jazz pianist of Morristown after a career of major achievements including appearances at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Newport Jazz Festival, the White House, and United Nations.
