Sunday in the Park with George

Stephen Sondheim’s Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Sunday in the Park with George was inspired by Georges Seurat painting and the man who painted it. The musical asks questions about the price of great talent and the sacrifice of total devotion to art. New Line Theatre will create an unusual performance space in which the audience, sitting on both sides of the stage, will see the painting come to life from the inside and outside.
