Join us for an afternoon with acclaimed Israeli artist and photojournalist Erez Kaganovitz, creator of the powerful exhibition Humans of October 7^th. Kaganovitz discusses why he felt it imperative to counter misconceptions, rising antisemitism and show the human side of Israel through a powerful photography project that brings to light the personal bravery and human stories of Israelis who stood up against terrorism. Humans of October 7^th reveal what Kaganovitz calls “Israeli D.N.A. at its best”—the incredible spirit and resilience of the Israeli people—and remind us what we are working to protect. Select works on view Sept. 1 – Oct. 12 at the J.
