About This Show

From Broadway’s celebrated musical team of John Kander and Fred Ebb, The Rink is filled with show stopping songs like “Colored Lights” and “We Can Make It.” Featuring a book by Terrance McNally, this newly revised version stars the incomparable Leslie Uggams in her Cape Playhouse debut. The musical tells the story of a mother who is reunited with her grown-up daughter, and is directed by Michael Unger, choreographed by Jennifer Lee, and features musical direction by Andrew Gerle.
