Stand Up for Peace

Stand up for Peace is a benefit performance for Visions of Peace with Justice in Israel/Palestine with Jewish and Palestinian comics Scott Blakeman and Dean Obeidallah and host Jimmy Tingle. VOPJ is an association of Boston area Jews working to promote a lasting peace between Israelis and Palestinians based on mutual respect, justice, and equality. Jimmy Tingle’s welcomes the opportunity to share in this most basic of human connections, laughter, as these talented comedians share their astute and funny political observations in an afternoon of humor, parody, impersonation and satire. Join in for comedy with an agenda and support an organization working for understanding and respect between Jews and Arabs.
