Jimmy Tingle is regarded as one of the top social commentators and humorists in the country. Tingle’s selected credits: He completed two seasons with “60 Minutes II” on CBS as the humorist / commentator in the Andy Rooney spot, and was the American correspondent for Sir David Frost’s show for PBS and the BBC, “The Strategic Humor Initiative.” He worked as a contributor and satirist for MSNBC, and has appeared on “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn,” “The Tonight Show,” “Larry King Weekend,” “The Late Show with Conan O’Brien,” “The Late Late Show with Tom Snyder,” “The American Comedy Awards,” and his own HBO comedy special.
Don White is a New England award-winning, contemporary, singer/songwriter and humorist. He is also a 1997 and 1999 Boston Music Award Nominee. Don was featured on WCVB-TV’s Chronicle program and The Boston Herald stated that he: “… should have his own television show”; The Boston Globe proclaimed: “No artist on the coffeehouse circuit today is better than Don White at combining the heartfelt aesthetics of the singer-songwriter with side-splitting laughs.” New York’s noted critic from the Village Voice, Robert Christgau, gave Don’s release Brown Eyes Shine an A- in his Consumer Guide column and Stereo Review magazine calls “I Know Exactly What Love is” from Don’s Rascal release, “… in the running for Song Of The Year.”
