ReEntry

With dialogue taken entirely from interview with over 100 combat veterans and their families, ReEntry is a docudrama exploration of the relationships between Marines and the civilians they fight for overseas and must contend with when they return home. ReEntry is not about politics. It is not about the WHY of this war. It’s about stepping off that plane and coming home, re-entering one’s life, family, and country – again. More a tapestry (need another word, like mash-up, but already using elsewhere) of interwoven stories than a play in the traditional sense, ReEntry is high-wattage theater that forces us to look into ourselves by peering deeply into the souls of others.
