Uncle Vanya

Uncle Vanya is set on a crumbling country estate as two obsessive love affairs lead nowhere and a flirtation brings disaster. Vanya and his niece have managed the estate of their relative, a renowned Professor, for 25 years. When the Professor and his young wife visit, the household is thrown into disarray. The situation only gets worse when the Professor announces his plans to sell the estate and live off the proceeds in the city.
