The Chicken Snake

Absurdly comic, brutally poetic, and strangely alluring, this world premiere production will catch you laughing in spite of yourself. After a night of dancing naked in a strip club, one woman slips into an abyss of addiction, self-destruction and delusion. Yearning to find solace, she returns home, only to find a crazy and dysfunctional family waiting for her. She wreaks havoc on her overburdened family, destroying the illusions they cling to for a sense of normalcy and hope. In an effort to save her, the comfort and safety within their walls is destroyed as they are forced to muster the courage to face reality.
