Move over Shirley Temple, because no one is going to get in Tina’s way of her destiny to stardom – not her push-over mother, relentless agent, addle-brained teacher, and certainly not her talent less competition. Third grader Tina Denmark knows she was born to play Pippi Longstocking and will do just about anything to win the part, even if that includes taking out her competition. Ruthless! parodies the child-star-gone-wrong moments of The Bad Seed, All About Eve, The Women and Gypsy, and together creates a ridiculous comedy about the lengths people will go to get what they want.
