Within a year of its formation, Punch Brothers featuring Chris Thile is already playing to sold-out crowds across the United States and embarking on its second recording project. For more than 15 years, Chris Thile (mandolin and vocals) was a member of the wildly popular, Grammy Award-winning Nickel Creek. His new band is made up of young and blazingly talented musicians on fiddle, guitar, banjo and bass, and they’ve captured the attention of music lovers of all kinds, from bluegrass to classical, veteran to novice.
