Menu: Baby Greens Salad with Summer Berries, Cucumber, and Toasted Sunflower Seeds with House Vinaigrette Dressing. Baked Salmon with Lemon Butter and Dill Sauce. Stewed Shoat (Pork) in the French Way.  Sauteed Root Vegetables and Cabbage. Whipped Potatoes. Rolls with Butter. Sweet Potato Pie. Unsweetened Tea. Coffee. Special meals can be accommodated with 48 hours’ notice.
