The Fairy Circus

Step right up, boys and girls of all ages, as the Tanglewood Marionettes open up the SUMMERFEST 2003 with The Fairy Circus. Meet a mushroom who changes into a handsome prince, a trio of trained mice, and an inchworm who loves to boogie. See puppets dance, play instruments, charm snakes and fly through the air with the greatest of ease, all to the music of your favorite composers. Featuring over 20 marionettes, the show is a snazzy showcase of puppet trickery. After the show, children can make a Clever Clown Rod Puppet in the Create-A-Puppet Workshop and discover more clowns in the Center’s Museum, Puppets: The Power of Wonder.
