About the Show

Everyone is going through something. Whether you’re navigating stress, transition, or simply feeling the weight of life, this is a place to be lifted through shared creative experience.

No experience is necessary
. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Here, you can simply show up, create, and feel supported. This weekly group is designed to help you reconnect with your creativity, yourself, and a sense of community.

Each session follows a simple flow: check in, create, reflect, and share. While it is a group setting, sharing and talking are always optional. The focus is not on fixing problems, but as the need to express your experience arises, you will have a supportive space to do so.

Each session is unique. We’ll explore a variety of materials and methods including 2D and 3D art, creative writing, drumming, sound, and movement. Sessions are intuitively shaped by the needs of the group.
