About This Show

Billed as a ‘comedy with music’ Good Evening made its Broadway debut in 1973. It was quickly a smash Broadway hit, playing for over a year – the
longest run of any two-person show at that time. Not only did Dudley Moore and
Peter Cook receive critical praise for their work, but they were also awarded a
special Tony for “outstanding contribution to Broadway theatre.”
While the show may be thirty years old, the humor of Good Evening is still
very relevant – and very funny – to today’s audience.
