Willy Wonka With Our Pride Academy

The award winning Area Stage Theatre Company, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is extremely proud to announce the premiere of -what is to our knowledge- Miami’s first “inclusion musical,” in which Area Stage’s conservatory program students will share the stage with unified partners from Our Pride Academy, a school that serves students with developmental disabilities.

Join us in celebrating Roald Dahl’s timeless story of the world-famous candy man and his quest to find an heir comes to chocolate-covered life. The delicious adventures experienced by Charlie Bucket on his visit to Willy Wonka’s mysterious chocolate factory light up the stage in this captivating adaptation of Roald Dahl’s fantastical tale.
