Linda Eder

In 1988 Linda Eder began her musical career with a big break on Star Search. She was on the show for thirteen weeks straight, a feat that was never topped. This led to the role of ‘Lucy’ in the Broadway musical Jekyll and Hyde earning her several nominations from the Drama Desk and the Outer Critics’ Circle as well as a Theater World award. Reviewers have compared her talents to other female vocal greats such as Judy Garland, and Barbra Streisand. She has released several albums during her career, most recently By Myself: The Songs of Judy Garland an album containing eleven songs originally recorded by Garland.
