It is 1912 and River City, Iowa is about to be turned upside down. Con man “Professor” Harold Hill comes to town to convince the Mayor, his wife and citizens that their children and town is doomed without a magnificent marching band. His plan is to sell them the instruments and uniforms then abscond with the money. But Hill doesn’t count on the people of River City calling upon him to prove himself or falling in love with the town librarian, Marian.
There is an additional performance on Sunday, May 2 at 2pm.
