The Book of Liz

Written by David and Amy Sedaris, The Book of Liz tells the story of Elizabeth Donderstock, a Squeamish woman living in a pre-industrial society, who, despite being in charge of making the famous cheese balls that support the entire religious community of the Squeamish, feels unappreciated. Liz decides to strike out on her own and ventures into the outside world, where she meets a host of bizarre and likeable characters on her journey toward discovery and acceptance.
