Las Cafeteras: Poetic Music and Storytelling

Las Cafeteras creates a remix of son jarocho (traditional music from Veracruz, Mexico) and poetry in English and Spanglish. With instruments like the jarana, requinto, a donkey jawbone, and a wooden platform called the tarima, they perform energetically and upliftingly. Wear your dancing shoes, as the dance floor will be open during the show!
