Gently Into That Goodnight

Get ready for Halloween with some stories to send a little shiver up your spine. The actors of Colorado Homegrown Tales present Gently Into That Goodnight, reading stories by two homegrown authors for your enjoyment. James Van Pelt is a high school teacher in Grand Junction and the award-winning author of two short story collections. P.D. Cacek has won numerous awards for her novels, and has just published a new short story collection. Although she has departed colorful Colorado for the wilds of Pennsylvania, CHT always leaps at the chance to perform her new works.

Prior to the 4:00 PM reading on Sunday, November 19, authors P.D. Cacek and James Van Pelt are scheduled to read from their new releases and sign books. This FREE event is scheduled for 1:00 PM at the Denver Book Mall. After meeting the authors in person, guests are invited to follow CHT members down the road for the 4:00 performance at Byers-Evans House.
