About This Show
Giraffes strut, birds swoop, gazelles leap. The entire savannah comes to life and as the music soars, Pride Rock slowly emerges from the mist. Directed by Julie Taymor, Disney’s The Lion King features rhythms of the African pridelands and songs by Elton John and Tim Rice. The story follows a lion cub named Simba on a quest to discover what it takes to truly become a king.
