The Bombitty of Errors

The Bomb-itty of Errors, the musical, hip-hop version of Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors, kicks off the LaSalle Bank Family Festival of Plays. The production features four actor/rappers playing 16 roles throughout the show, plus a turntablist, beat-boxing deejay. Bomb-itty tells Shakespeare’s farcical tale in 90 minutes by combining the Bard’s love of wordplay and music with the streetwise language of rap in the rhythms and raucous pace of our own time.
