Famed musical showman, producer and songwriter David Foster will debut his new concert Hit Man: David Foster and Friends. Foster, whose PBS "Great Performances" special, Hit Man: David Foster and Friends was one of the most popular PBS pledge drive programs ever, will be joined on stage by an all-star band and line-up including Grammy Award-winner Philip Bailey from the chart-topping group "Earth, Wind and Fire;" Grammy and Academy Award nominee Peter Cetera; teenage Oprah Winfrey discovery Charice Pempengco; "American Idol" Australian heartthrob contestant Michael Johns, and two more Billboard heavy hitters, Ruben Studdard, winner of American Idol in 2003, and Richard Marx, writer of 13 number one songs and whose album sales have topped 30 million. As is typical of Foster's performances, fans should prepare themselves for surprise visits from his friends at the concert. The owner of arguably the most impressive rolodex in the music industry, Foster has yet to reveal which special guests might visit him on stage during the tour.
