Welcome to a fin de siécle Parisian restaurant with a charming headwaiter whose marital history is somewhat… eccentric! Two tables are booked. Two gentlemen arrive awaiting their special dates expectantly. The women arrive and then — we are off to the races! Piling hilarious coincidence on top of outrageous improbability, Feydeau spins a dazzling web of non-stop action, leaving us breathless with laughter and gasping for more.
