Yugen in Action

Yugen in Action is a submission-based showcase of six local playwrights, chosen for the unique and relevant ways in which they have addressed themes of change and transformation and incorporated the traditional Japanese concept of “yugen.” Playwrights include Brenda Usher-Carpino, Ai Ebashi, Airial Clark, Roy Conboy, Elouise Epstein, and Koichi and Hiroko Tamano.
