The San Francisco International Arts Festival breaks new ground with its 2006 presentation: Perspectives: Beyond Boundaries which focuses on US Latino and Latin-American culture and features world premieres that include international touring artists from Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil and Cuba.
