On the Verge

Eric Overmeyer’s acclaimed play, On the Verge, centers around three Victorian women trekking through the wilds of the farthest end of the Earth–Terra Incognita. These intrepid lady explorers defend themselves against yeti and trolls, trek over deserts, ice, through the thickest of jungles, and find many strange artifacts along the way. The women realize that they have gained the power to travel forward in time and piece together the fascinating mystery of what it means to arrive in ’55.
