About This Show

Ellen McLaughlin’s Tongue of a Bird tells the story of a search and rescue pilot who refuses to give up hope of finding a 12-year-old girl lost in the Adirondacks. In flight over her childhood home, she encounters fragmented memories of the mother she lost as a child. Putting the pieces together results in an unexpected redemption. Esther Emery directs.
