The Lost Players’ Rapunzel

The Lost Players, a wandering troupe of performers, find their Gypsy wagon broken down in a theatre and decide to take on the classic fairy tale Rapunzel. True to the Brothers Grimm, the Prince in search of a bride battles the thorns and climbs the flowing tresses of the maiden in the tower, only to be cast out and blinded by her mother, who wants the Kingdom for herself. Years pass. The maiden and her trusted Captain, banished to the ends of the earth, undergo hardships and travails to return to combat the evil Queen, save the kingdom and regain true love. All this while singing, dancing, swordfighting, juggling and fending off pirates!
